- We provide a community garden design and development service for private and public sectors including advice and techniques on establishing a funding and a volunteer base. We have successfully worked on a number regeneration schemes involving private and public community gadens. In the case of public pocket park rejuvenation a program of community engagement and consultation develops with various stakeholders. In private community gardens the emphasis is on design and development with a reduced degree of community engagement.
Fees
Following an initial consultation, a scope of work and fee proposal is agreed with the client. This may be an hourly, daily or fixed rate.
Invoices are presented on completion of the works specified in the fee proposal.
Consultancy work
Consultancy work of a more restricted scope - for example, reviewing a planning decision or advising on tree conservation - is based on a fixed scale of fees. This is invoiced following completion of the work.
We have extensive experience of working as part of a project team with other design and construction professionals, including architects, engineers and contractors
