Garden design projects

Following the first meeting, a Scope of Works document is sent to the client. This provides a detailed breakdown of the work involved in a project, and forms the basis for fee proposals.

Fees are then billed in stages corresponding with the work stages outlined in the Scope of Works.

When the work is completed, the time spent on development of the design over a period of years will revert to an agreed daily rate.

Consultancy work

Consultancy work of a more restricted scope - for example, reviewing a planning decision or advising on tree conservation - is based on a fixed scale of fees. This is invoiced following completion of the work.
