A National Trust-owned property leased by Lord Farringdon with twenty acres of gardens dating back to the late eighteenth century. The grounds include Harold Peto's famous water features, lakes and formal grounds.

trees associates' work included the restoration of Peter Coats' borders, replanting the walled garden and avenue garden, improving the plant collection and the appointment and training of staff.
